Bead Lake — Saturday, Jul. 4, 2020

Eastern Washington > Selkirk Range

This trail is a trail runners dream~ single track, gentle up and downs, hugging the ridge with stunning views of the lake. Parking was $5 at the trailhead and I believe their is an upper lot that does not cost anything.  The trailhead right next to the parking lot.  The only section that was kind of difficult to figure out was the spur trail since it isn't marked and pretty overgrown.  I spotted plenty of mushrooms, lilies, huckleberries beginning to fruit, pond lilies, wild ginger, and bog wintergreen. Their were three fallen trees on trail that were easy to navigate around or over.
