Mask up, folks!
Excellent short trail with a super view.
I drove a sedan, so I followed previous reviewers' suggestions and parked at the big lot at Middle Fork Trailhead. It's a 9-min walk to Garfield Ledges Trailhead. The walk is along the road, but overall safe because there were few cars. There were lots of potholes by the bridge across Taylor River, some indeed as wide as the road. I don't recommend sedans to go across this bridge.
I met 10 people on the trail, half wore masks as we passed. The trail was wide and very well maintained.
The view on top was amazing. The platform was big enough to fit several groups, with social distancing in mind.
