As others have mentioned, trail names do not match between various maps...
We parked at the trailhead for Billy Goat Pass, hiked up Billy Goat Pass trail/Larch Creek trail to Dollar Watch Pass trail. We lost the trail nearly immediately after the ford and somehow ended up back on Larch Creek trail. So plan B. Set up camp at Larch Pass then scrambled up the lower of the Two Point Mountains. What a view! There was frequent water options this whole trip. River crossings were easily accomplished via rock hopping or log crossing. I forded Larch Creek to get to Dollar Watch Pass trail. campsites were plentiful. On the way back we took Drake Creek trail just to see if it’s still there. It’s actually in pretty good shape. Needs a brushing and there were many trees down. Most were easy step overs, a few trickier step overs or wiggle unders. Only had to leave the trail to avoid trees a few times. We lost the trail twice, but found it again easily, both near the middle section of trail but otherwise very easy to follow. We cleared some easy to toss trees and snapped branches from others to make the trek easier. This trail could use some love and some more boots to keep it from being reclaimed by nature. Came back to the trailhead on Hidden lakes trail. Larch creek, Billy goat pass, Hidden Lakes trails are all in great condition.
