CCC Road: Lower Section — Saturday, Jul. 4, 2020

We followed exactly the instructions to get to the beginning of this hike.  At the end of the Mt Si road there is a Y.  The left side had a partly concealed sign saying that there was no turnaround ahead.  The right side of the Y is a 480 Ave SE, a private road.  At the hub of that Y is the school bus turnaround.  I parked there and we took off.  But the description of the trail was not at all what we encountered.  The instructions are for an alternate parking for the Tenerife Falls hike.  It was a very nice hike, although the hillside around the falls seems a bit dangerous.  The hike described is completely and absolutely not the hike that you get to from the following the "Getting There" section.  There was no left fork to Green Mountain, although a trail from the left was marked Mt Tenerife, but the distances and other descriptions don't match.  No signs existed for Brawling Creek but the sign did point to the Mt Tenerife Falls trail.
