The only snow crossings are manageable without gear or avoidable. There's not much snow to speak of until the pass itself. The final approach to the peak (pictured) would be safer with poles or spikes, but they aren't required.

I saw several folks camping on the ridge.
Nearly everyone had masks available to slip on.
Final read out on my watch was 10 miles with 3,875' climb but I missed the trail from the pass for a minute. It's a hard right before the marker.
I took a couple hours going up and a leisurely hour and a half down.
