Olympic Peninsula > Kitsap Peninsula
Lower waterfall

We took the Dickerson Creek Waterfall trail down to the falls. It's roughly 0.8 miles one way. The trail is pretty easy, until we took a wrong turn and ended up following the wrong trail to a very steep descent to the creek, then followed the creek back toward the falls. There are 2 small waterfalls, both equally beautiful. The water is very cool and there are some spots that are deep enough to submerge.

Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of garbage and clothing left behind at the lower of the 2 falls. This definitely diminished the experience a little, but the upper waterfall had no obvious litter and felt more serene.

We followed the correct path back out, and it would have definitely been an easier way in! A great, short, hike to cool off on a hot day.
