Lake Ann (Mount Baker Highway) — Monday, Aug. 10, 2020

The road to Artist Point is still gated so we parked at Austin Pass and hiked the Wild Goose Trail 1/2 miles up to the Lake Ann Trailhead. The trail is in good condition, only a couple sections of snow closer to the lake but easily passable. Some flies but we had a nice breeze so they were not a bother. Lake Ann looks still partially frozen in spots. Curtis Glacier was as beautiful as ever.
