Price Lake is a stunning azure colored lake within the North Cascades National Park. It is situated in an otherworldly hidden valley tucked beneath the towering rock spires and glaciers of Mount Shuksan. While Mount Shuksan is one of the most photographed mountains in the world, very few people have ever seen Price Lake, as to get there you must pay a steep price. From a dangerous river crossing to navigating off-trail sections of thick brush and steep rock boulders, this destination is certainly not for novice hikers. Experiencing such a majestic and ever-changing place where the full force of nature is in constant display will leave you in awe.
