Trip up to the Kacheese Ridge and French Cabin Basin area to summit Thorp Mountain and Hard Knox, both Home Court 100 Peaks. Added Hard Cheese and Not Knox along the way. Not Knox had loose, crummy rock. Beautiful fall colors and perfect weather - awesome ridge hike with amazing views of so much of the Alpine Lakes Wilderness. Approached via French Cabin Creek Trail using FS 4308-132. The road was in great shape, the last turnoff to the right prior to the TH was rough.
