Trail is still in great condition. We did not bring gaiters or micro spikes. A few trees blown down and a wee bit of snow in the bowl before the peak, but nothing difficult. The bowl seems to be the place you would first lose the trail once it snows, but a map or GPS would get you through since it is a short section. Big shaggy goat up top get its distance, but was fun to see!

Hi there! I hiked the same trail yesterday (I came up behind you both on the way up). Such a cool thing to see a goat! I must've just missed it! (I continued along the ridge for a bit and took a break at the end of the trail).
