Welcome to volume 1 of my new series of trip reports for hikes that my wife and I have successfully completed with a barely-three-year-old (no free rides unless he's injured) and an 8-month-old (carried.)
This is a really easily accessible walk that we enjoyed. Also took my older parents along and this really was perfect for us. Nice views of the river right off the bat and a nice meandering and flat path around make for a leisurely stroll - we took about 90 minutes to walk around, and that was moving reeeeeally slow (the three y.o. likes to stop and inspect every tree stump.
Great walk for young kids!
