Windy, snowing, and 23 degrees but loved it! Nice hike up to the CCC cabin. FYI -the cabin door is locked. Started on Trail 131 at North Mt. Spokane Park Drive. Followed the trail to Trail 130 at North Summit Road (which is closed for the winter) and then followed Trail 130 to the CCC cabin.
