Friday later afternoon and we were the only car in the parking lot. By the time we left on Sat at noon there were 15-20 cars. Most people masked, all dogs on leashes (ours too!) Multiple downed trees in the trail but only one took some significant negotiation, the rest are easy enough. Beautiful views from Anderson Point, water sources are plentiful. Quite cold but totally worth the frosty overnight for the lovely sunset and sunrise light over the mountains. A very doable January backpack. Please call me if you find that earring, am so sad I lost it and only realized it when we got to the city...
