Went for a day hike here. it was my first serious uphill slog after ankle surgery. The trail is in great condition, only two small trees down, one at higher elevation is quite manageable. There was snow about 2.5 km in and easily manageable, the last 2-3 switchbacks are solid with snow. I'm glad I brought trekking poles. The summit was breathing withe the snow covered peaks, I walked over to the south view point, the snow is thick on the road, again, very manageable. I saw about 8 people on the trail, almost all wore mask.
