There's a tall culvert removed at .75mi that makes for an interesting creek ford in high water.
Spent a few hours poking down all of the spurs on the east end. Lots of old logging roads/trails not on any of my maps. Lots more exploring to do. A few highlights: a beach, a beaver lake, encroaching salmonberry, and ten miles of solitude.

You pretty much summed up the highlights, which are few. Even so, there are a lot more visitors this year than before, as seems to be the case everywhere.
That side channel dries up in summer, and you can walk it up to a HUGE logjam.

There were no shortage of cars parked there, but I didn't run into anyone until the last 1/4 mi coming back. Some equestrians told me there is a waterfall to be found uphill, and I can clearly see old roads on LIDAR/False IR that aren't mapped anywhere and crisscross up to Haleyon/Halcyon lake and Ten-Four and Haystack summits.
