Directions are correct. Trail is very short, a nice little leg stretch or picnic area. The river is running pretty hard right now so the waterfall area is intense. We offered to hold kids' hands to let them come a little closer but they weren't interested. I would take extra caution if its damp out or rocks are wet at all, not a very forgiving area to fall at the moment. Plenty of spots to rest away from the water, or gently finding ways through the forest to calmer areas. There are an abundance of different late spring small flowers blooming all over, so try and stay to areas that are already dirt to avoid crushing them all.
No one else parked there when we arrived, and one person stopping as we left. No toilet, no trash can.
