Plains of Abraham - Windy Pass Loop — Friday, Jul. 9, 2021

We hiked the beautiful Plains of Abraham loop from Windy pass trailhead. We included the strange but fun hike over Windy Pass and the spur out to Loowit falls.  The wildflowers are at their peak. The vast carpets of lupine and Indian paintbrush flowers are astounding right now.As of July 9th there was plenty of water flowing in various creeks.  So this time of year is perfect for this hike.
