Anderson and Watson Lakes — Saturday, Jul. 10, 2021

North Cascades > Mount Baker Area

The road to the trail head is snow free. A few potholes. But nothing too terrible in 4x4. Also considering its about 9 mile gravel road.  The views of baker towards the end of the road are amazing.

Some snow patches on the trail. But nothing you cant walk through or around.

Attempted fishing..saw a few fish jump/swimming. Didn't catch any.  Mosquitos were pretty bad at lower watson lake.. upper watson lake was much better. Took a nice swim to cool down. Beautiful spot! Highly recommend.  Great spot for an overnighter
