Beautiful day at Rainier. Trail was a bit busy with LDW crowds, but the only real detriment was the jerk who kept buzzing the look out with his drone. Unfortunately I didn't have the foresight to put any surface to air missiles in my backpack this am. This is a nice Goldilocks hike, not too long, not too short, not too steep, not too flat.

Drones are illegal in National Parks. Did anyone try to tell the owner of it that, or report the drone to a ranger at Mowich Lake?

I'm not sure where the drone operator was, was unable to spot him/her. Several other hikers made comments that they were unhappy with it.
