Heybrook Lookout — Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021

We did a Christmas morning trip to Heybrook! We arrived shortly after 10 and at the time there was no road issues. My husband was fine with just hiking boots and i used microspikes (and was very glad to have them). The bottom of the trail was quite slushy in places but the top 2/3 was better snow for walking on without slipping and sliding. Snow was falling and it was just a winter wonderland.
