Trip Report

Rattlesnake Ledge — Friday, Apr. 15, 2022

Snoqualmie Region > North Bend Area

Started the hike at about 9am to avoid the crowds.

Trail was clear until about 1/2 mile from the top, then the snow started to cover the trail. The snow gets thicker as you get to the top. We passed several groups of people that said they didn't make it to the top due to the snow. Spikes definitely helped especially going down the trail.

The last time I hiked this trail was about 10months ago and in-between that time the wta work crew made actual steps up to the top view point. It made it much easier to climb up there.

At the top we were lucky that the weather cleared up and we could see the lake. Once it started to snow we decided to head back down.

Happy hiking
