Columbia Hills State Park - Crawford Oaks — Friday, Apr. 22, 2022

Southwest Washington > Columbia River Gorge - WA

Lots of flowers! Arrowleaf balsamroot, phlox, and barestem biscuitroot are in full bloom now. Lupine is nearing full bloom, and desert parsley is starting to fade. The densest flowers were along the eight mile creek trail, which is the first left fork on the trail up from the parking lot. There's a creek crossing but it's doable for most. It can get fairly wimdy too. Stay on trail and mind the ticks.
