This was a fun 5.5 mile loop combining the Tin Mine and Davis Trails with a little less than 600 feet of elevation gain. We went counter-clockwise so all the elevation gain was in the first .75 miles. The trail is in great condition but is a little muddy in spots due to a couple recent rainstorms. We saw the Tin Mine entrance, which has a bit of a stream coming out of it, and a couple small lakes. Further on you can see a couple beaver dams if you are observant. The parking lot is small but we found a spot without a problem. There is a trailhead toilet if needed.
