Short hike to the waterfall at the end of the trail.
Road Conditions. The last couple miles of road were unpaved, but in good condition. Some uneven spots where potholes had been filled in, but the gravel was not yet compacted. No toilets at the trailhead.
Trail Conditions. No obstacles.
Highlights. The waterfall was running.
Crowds. One other car at 11am and at 12pm, encountered 3 parties on the trail.

That trillium is very interesting. I've never seen that variation before. Couldn't find anything on the internet either.
