Day hiked up Maynard Burn trail to Baldy peak and back down the Tyler Peak trail. Total hike time was roughly 5.5 hours, accounting for 30 minutes of lounging up at the Baldy summit.
There is still substantial snow in a few spots along with way, all of which was passable with just boots and poles (though we had gaiters, which helped keep socks a bit more dry). The most sustained snow is the saddle between Baldy and the Tyler Peak trail. The trail is easy to find and we didn't post hole too much, though the snow was still pretty deep (5+ ft in some spots).
Coming up from Maynard is always hard, and tracking the trail once you approach the meadow heading up to Baldy gets complicated. We mostly went through the meadow (which means steeper scree-ish fields), but I expect the snowier route that tracks the trail more closely would also work.
It's also snowy across the various Baldy false summits, but the trail is easy to find and snow was pretty manageable.
All this warm weather will probably accelerate the melt, but I'd bet snow will be up there for at least another month.
The road to the TH is in decent shape. All the normal potholes, but passable in a sedan. Looks like the FS did a bunch of work on the last stretch of road up to the TH, and the parking areas feels more coherent.
