I hiked this trail on Wednesday, May 22. There is not a parking lot at the trailhead, and the private road entrance is blocked with a gate an a "no parking" sign. So, we parked on the main road. Aside from my friend and me, there was not another person on the trail the entire time we were hiking. The trail is a combination of dirt roads and trails. I really recommend downloading a trail map for navigation, because it's easy to miss the trail when going back and forth from dirt road to trail. There were quite a few downed trees to hike around/over, and there was intermittent snow towards the top, but not difficult to cross. The weather was overcast and windy, with a few sun breaks, so our view at the top was not as great as it could have been. Still great exercise and was fun to have some snow flurries at the top.
