An adventure in the rain. The first 3/4 miles of the trail is fairly overgrown and if it was raining you'll for sure be wet on your lower half as you brush through the foliage. But hey, where's the fun in a perfectly groomed trail in the woods. If you want groomed a city park is where you'd want to go. After the leg wash the trail opens up and is fine wherever you might want to wander. I went to Coal Creek Falls and Cave Hole Loop. A good amount of climbing and the rain let up soon after Bear Ridge.
