Beautiful day for a hike close to home, we got to the trail head at around 11 am parking lot was full, but it didn’t feel crowded on the trail or at the lake, all in all it was a nice gradual hike i logged about 3.5 hours not counting the time spent at the lake. lots of water sources along the trail, lake was a little too cold for me to take a dip yet, but my dog enjoyed.
