Anyone who says this is easy is clearly in great shape. I'd say this is moderately difficult.
I only made it to the lower falls due to some knee pain. This is a great workout to build up your hill endurance. This hike is steep in some parts and I can imagine some of the areas being slick when it's raining. With several stops along the way for water and just admiring the view, I'd say I took about 2.5 - 3 hours to get to and from the lower falls. Highly recommend trekking poles if you have them.
