Ira Spring Trail - Mason Lake — Wednesday, Jul. 24, 2024

Arrived at 10 and still plenty of parking. No toilet paper which is often true on Wednesdays but toilet was clean. Perfect hike oh a sunny day with only three stretches of open exposure. Lake swimming is fabulous and warm enough to linger in the water. Several other parties enjoying a refreshing swim. We averaged 1.5 miles per hour. Not too bad for this old lady who is turning 87 on August 2!
