Evans Creek Preserve — Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024

This network of trails was pretty amazing, I liked that there were several options to take and that they all eventually lead into one another. It was a nice way to start out hiking for the summer. I think the highlight was coming across a little Garter snake as I was returning back to my car. Lots of ripe blackberries along the trails. Stumbled across some cool looking snails and their cousins the slug. Not much else in the way of wildlife. The trail was immaculate, I was beyond impressed how clean it was.
