It’s fun to hike a different terrain all together. Permit is required to enter the caves and we got it a day ago. Got parking at the entrance itself and overflow was half full. There is concession store right at the trail start to get lanterns and souvenirs.
Get good lights and spare batteries, mobile torch does not do a good job.
