The trail leading up to the plateau is almost completely obscured by tumble weeds, although these can be easily pushed aside. There are no tumble weeds on the trail once the plateau itself is attained. Spray paint graffiti has defaced the 1st mesa on your left as you ascend. After that, the area is pristine - if you don't count the cheat grass.
