Anderson Butte, Anderson and Watson Lakes — Tuesday, Sep. 24, 2024

The lakes are not the most spectacular but very pretty. I did Anderson Butte on the way back and the climb was pretty steep especially for that late in the hike, but the view was very much worth the suffering. No bugs but I did feel like I walked through a ton of cobwebs. Google Maps did try to tell me I was going the wrong way towards the end of the road, but there were no other options so I ignored it and made it to the trailhead no problem.
