Gold Creek Pond — Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024

This is an excellent short hike on paved trails with easy I-90 access.  Even as it is still early in the fall season to look for the brilliant autumn colors, the trip is very enjoyable with sunshine, dry trail, beautiful views on a calm day over the pond, and even a sighting of salmon swimming upstream in the creek.  Highly recommended for a family with young children.
