This trail is not marked with any signage or parking lot on NF-1762, so you have to look very carefully to find it. Parking is available at the trailhead but again, not any official lot. The falls are marked on Gaia maps but no trail is shown. Alltrails gives directions to the trailhead. Easy to get to from Hwy. 410 by Cliffdell, Very close to the Boulder Cave trail. The trail is easy to follow once you find it but the trail to the upper falls area is steep and close to a cliff, so you must be very cautious here. Getting to the base is steep and full of loose gravel but very possible if you're careful. These falls are beautiful, even late season with little water. They should be spectacular in June and early July. Highly recommend since it is only a short 1/2 mile trek up a well-marked, not-too-steep trail. This is a good candidate for WTA to create a trailhead and do some trail maintenance to create an easy hike to a beautiful falls, maybe?

The same parking area serves both the upper and lower falls trails. Parking is easy find, to the left side of the road as you travel up. There are boot tracks all over, so I don’t know that we ever found the right trail or the right waterfall. We hiked October 25, 2025 and it was wet having rained in the area the night before. There were several small waterfalls. I am going to write a trail report and call it Devil’s Creek Trail.
