Mount Pilchuck — Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024

October colors are pretty grand here. 
It’s a busy lookout. Lots of people up and down most of the evening til sunset on Saturday. First Sunday day-hikers arrived at the lookout around 6:30am just before sunrise. 7 people and a dog stayed in the lookout overnight. The parking lot was pretty full when we arrived at 2ish Saturday and when we departed at 9ish Sunday. The shutters are still open.
