This trail is popular for good reason. the first half is in the trees, but eventually, you reach a clearing and get amazing views. As you approach the area before final ascent it gets really charming and you are rewarded with further views of peaks you'll now want yo climb. the actual summit is mostly uninteresting. 10/10 for having pika.
