I walked around WE Johnson Park on Saturday morning soon after sunrise. I had hopes of capturing some good falls colors but many of the trees have dropped their leaves already. No issues with the trail but I usually walk the middle route and today I back-tracked the same way. I usually don't go the left or eastern most route as it usually has a spot filled with water that makes it impossible to cross in almost every time except the summer.
No wildlife spotted though I swear I heard deer rustling in the brush.
It was a Saturday so it was somewhat busy. I saw horse traffic as I was leaving and there was a foot race running through part of the park.
This is a great evening walk or early morning walk, in either time the light is great for photography.
