Road to Heather Meadows was completely bare until the parking lot, with minor ice and snow in the lot. Trail was well packed and easy to follow, although maintain a knowledge of the route desired because there are multiple trails (product of being in the backcountry). There were a handful of skiers/snowboarders, and another handful of snowshoers, but ultimately a quiet day on the mountain. Turned around early due to some unforecasted snow. Avalanche danger was minimal, but make sure to check the updated forecast.
