Started at 10 AM. There were pockets of mud on the trail but it wasn't a problem. At around 3/5 of the way, I started seeing snow but it wasn't really on the trail at all until about 4/5ths of the trail. Closer to the summit there was some ice on the trail. I was able to cross without spikes but you should bring them if you aren't sure. The snow isn't deep either and is more of just a dusting, so you should be able to see where you are going. However, on the haystack the snow and ice does get deeper and I wouldn't recommend going up it.
