Beautiful day on the trail with such a different feel from the summer months. Parking lot was nearly full when I arrived in the late morning, with a few cars parked along the road next to the lot, but everyone was spread out for it being such a short trail.
Restroom is closed for the season.
Spikes not necessary, but there are a few spots of ice on the trail where they would have been nice, ask me how I know :)
Few fallen trees across the trail, some rather large that you have to climb up on and slide off of.
Bridge is in good condition, a little packed snow, but not icy.
Lake is frozen over but the ice doesn't appear to be very thick. Nonetheless, several people were walking quite far out on the ice.
