A short walk along the beach but there is always lots of birds to see. I usually see many ducks, bald eagles, heron, and an assortment of smaller birds. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing here! Parking can be limited however, if arriving early for sunrise, I haven't had a problem finding parking.
