A fun little hike! Clocked 5.66 miles and just 500ft elevation gain. The falls themselves had a respectable amount of water coming down. We didn't venture into the nearby cave. Microspikes were not needed today, although nearly the entire forest road/trail was snow-covered. A few kids were sledding which looked like a blast. We saw a beaver chilling on the surface of a pond about 0.6 miles in, near his lodge! I have a somewhat poor quality photo attached. Really cool & unexpected sighting.
