Pratt Connector to Pratt River Trail — Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025

Snoqualmie Region > North Bend Area

A beautiful day out on the Pratt River Connector. The road to the Middle Fork parking lot was clear and wet, with slush piles on the sides narrowing a bit, but no problem with cars passing one another. Parking lot not plowed, but main area clear for driving and the parking partly on snow. The toilet was open.

The first two miles are nicely packed snow, only slippery around water crossings. A good foot wide. Further in, especially after the campground, the route was less traveled, brushy, and muddy in spots. I did not need traction or poles, although if it gets warmer, either might help on the steps and turnpike.
