Hiked to the frozen Annette lake from the trailhead. The weather was partly sunny and bit of snowfall at the end of the hike. The trail was all covered with snow, including the parking lot. But was overall free of significant danger, if you know what to do in snow. The snow was mostly powdry and non-slip and could be hiked without spikes/snow shoes (I had microspikes, though).
