Needed to park on road, road had intermittent snow but not difficult. Portapotties near road, please pack out your garbage/doggie bags. Walked up to trailhead in regular snow boots but brought my spikes just in case. Most of the trail well traveled snow, so didn't need spikes, was a bit drizzly and cloudy but very beautiful and not very crowded. No one really on the pond as it has melted near the edges. Great day!
