Went up to the viewpoint via the Boy Scout Trail, and down on the Westberg Trail.
Road Conditions. The road was dry. No restrooms at the trailhead.
Trail Conditions. Trails were mostly covered with a strip of compact snow, some icy sections, so microspikes were useful. Had originally intended to return via one of the trails to the west side of the viewpoint, but that would have required crossing a steep slope on slushy snow. Also, many of the (informal) trails that still appear on OpenStreetMap have been closed off with new-ish signage. The bottom ¼ mile of the Westberg Trail (above the flat-ish road section) was a nasty mix of ice and mud, best avoided until the snow is gone and things dry out.
Crowds. Half a dozen cars in the parking lot at noon, and a similar number of parties on the trail.
