Previous days of 70 degree weather melted all the snow and left ample puddles & mud. Only a few inches of crunchy snow was encountered at Grand Prospect (see picture). Parking lot was open. Vault toilets were open & stocked. Oh, yeah - we encountered a fairy nymph along the trail, too 😉
