This report was part of a WTA Work Party! Today, I donned my green hat and helped widen and re-dig a section of trail tread between two new boardwalks. I removed a soft, rotted log that was buried in the trail and found some interesting beetles and salamanders hiding in it! See below for trail conditions.
Access:
This urban trail is easily accessible by walking up or parking nearby along the street. There's no restroom at this trailhead (there is a porta potty, but it's not for public use and locked). The trail is about half boardwalk and half trail tread with little incline.
Trail:
The boardwalks are brand new and in excellent condition. The trail tread is overall in good condition. Most of it has been recently refinished, but some narrow and muddy areas still remain.
